Account Manager
Each project is allocated an Account Manager; he is your key contact from the start until the final report.
The Account Manager works closely with your company to define the most relevant plan both from an economical and from an educational point of view (who should be trained, training system, duration of the training, etc.).
In the case of an international rollout, it is the Account Manager who will coordinate the activities of our consultants around the world.

In order to quantify the impact of the training upon the strategic issues faced by your company, the Account Manager will help you to define your performance indicators.
These indicators will allow you to quantify the impact of the training in terms of ROI (return on investment).
After the launch
The Account Manager uses all the necessary means to achieve your objectives regarding your return on investment project.
He tracks the trainees' attendance and progress, and introduces extra communication if necessary (help with using the site, sending reminder emails...).

He organizes regular meetings with you, he tells you if the project is not meeting its objectives and suggests what actions to take (trainee motivation campaign, transfer of subscriptions that are not being used...).
Our platform allows us to gather a large amount of information as much upon the needs of the users as on their progress, their activity and their level of satisfaction.
The Account Manager analyses all of this data, creates a benchmark against other 7Speaking clients and then shares our 'best practices' with you.
